Most trays leave the press within one to three working days. Remote PIN codes may extend transit.

When a courier AWB is issued, it appears under Orders and Track & Support. Maintain a reachable mobile for delivery coordination.
§ V — Undelivered returns
Parcels returned for incomplete addresses or failed attempts may incur re-dispatch charges before a second departure.
